SHIPPING POLICY

We ship exclusively FedEx.  Monday through Friday (excluding holidays), all orders paid after 1 p.m. will be shipped the next business day.  Insurance for the value of an order up to $100 is included.  Any order over $400 is shipped requiring a signature.  We apologize that we're unable to ship to Puerto Rico or internationally.

Worried about porch thieves? FedEx has thousands of retail locations to which packages can be delivered. You can search on FedEx.com for a location near you and use that for your Ship To address (before making payment) or contact us with the address immediately after making payment. You will need to have a photo ID to pick it up at the location you selected and must pick up within 5 days of its arrival. A package not picked up will be returned to us; when we receive it, we will post a refund of the purchase price and relist it. For security purposes, we will only change an address to a secure FedEx pick up location address after payment has been made. No other address change will be made once payment has processed.
